Stacie Moore

Ms. Moore is Co-Founder & CFO of Edge, where she oversees all aspects of firm operations. Prior to co-founding Edge, Ms. Moore was Chief Accounting Officer at NGP Energy Capital (“NGP”). During her ten years at NGP, as NGP grew from a $600MM Fund VII to a $5.3Bn Fund XI, Ms. Moore oversaw all financial operations, including the day-to-day accounting function, the preparation and analysis of financial reports, the distribution of financial information to investors, the valuation process, the annual audit and the human resource function. During Ms. Moore’s tenure at NGP, she was instrumental in growing and developing a complete finance team (accounting, tax, valuation, compliance) from 3 people to 16 people. Ms. Moore served on NGP’s Monitoring Committee, Valuations Committee and Operations Committee. Prior to joining NGP, Ms. Moore was the Controller of Goff Moore Strategic Partners, LP (“GMSP”), a private equity fund, from its inception in October 1997 until March 2005. At GMSP, Ms. Moore oversaw all operations. She was an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen LLP prior to joining GMSP. Ms. Moore is a Certified Public Accountant and received her B.B.A. and M.S. in Accounting in 1991 from Texas Tech University.
